Ingredient List
- 1 Oui Jar Vanilla French Style Yogurt
- 2 cups white sugar
- 3 cups flour
- ½ cup vegetable oil
- 1 ½ tsp baking powder
Preparation
- Preheat oven to 350°F (180°C).
- Mix the yogurt, sugar and eggs in a bowl.
- Add flour and baking powder, then stir in the oil.
- Flavor with vanilla or lemon zest, if desired.
- Pour into a greased cake pan.
- Bake for 30-35 minutes, or until golden and a toothpick comes out clean.
